I obtained offers to purchase my vehicle from multiple car buying services and Carvana had the highest offer Having never dealt with the company previously I wasn t sure what to expect It turned out that the process was exceptionally easy simple to understand all signatures required were electronic and all documentation needed was easy to upload I followed all the requested actions from Carvana ahead of my appointment day and the dropoff went exactly as advertised I simply showed up at the Carvana location chosen when I made the dropoff appointment the friendly representative walked out to the car with me took a few photos checked the odometer and handed me a check for the correct amount that I agreed to I had a loan on the vehicle as well that was promptly paid off by Carvana as agreed upon during the transaction and within the timeframe advertised I would absolutely use Carmax again in the future for any vehicle I wanted to sell that they offered a fair price to purchase I have never purchased a car through them but if I was in the market for a used vehicle they would definitely be on my list to consider based on how well the selling experience went

If selling a car I am not sure why you would go anywhere else They offered 20 higher than local dealers who wanted to steal as a trade in It took me 10 minutes online to complete all paperwork I chose pick up date and time driver showed up and took pics money in bank account next day Try doing that at a dealer Great experience
