A very simple procedure with easy instructions to take photos and describe the car for sale Good communication from car wow about the auction and it sold very quickly I will happily use Carwow again in the future to sell my car

A great way to sell your car quickly and efficiently but beware of bids from Car Planet

The Carwow experience was so much more straight forward than I had anticipated and the communication from Carwow every step of the way was brilliant Carwow enabled me to sell my car quickly and at a reasonable price The only down side was my dealings with Car Planet the company that placed the winning bid Bearing in mind that my car was a well looked after 5 year old vehicle with the best will in the world there was bound to be a few tiny marks they new the age of the car and the mileage when bidding The independent assessor came to view the car and listed every spec of a mark on the car and sent it all through to Car Planet Car Planet used this to try to knock 1000 of the price After haggling I got the price back up but the assessor was telling me how much work they would have to do The car was collected the next day and within 24 hours was on their website with a mark up of 3200 I do not believe that the assessor is independent as he claimed He was looking for everything possible to mark the vehicle down and he did all the negotiations with Car planet I didn t get to speak to them once I do not believe that Car Planet or the assessor were honest nor truthful and they never had any intention of paying the bid price I would happily use Carwow again but I would reject any bid from Car Planet

Bought my volkswagen passat from here and had zero problems really a great car runs excellent and was a perfect price got it much cheaper then other places must have got a steal
