Terrible experience Lost money
One of the worst online purchase experience of my life The plants looked gorgeous and I spent quite a lot of money online buying many high end plants Since the order has been processed the experience has only gotten worse The shipping company tracking was not working properly the delivery got delayed several times and got no communication from Casa Botanica whatsoever When finally the order came in only half the order arrived and the conditions of the plants was horrible Most of them were dead or dying really poor conditions I tried to contact Casa Botanica several times on their phone number never got an answer Wrote an email and several days later finally got an aggressive reply where Casa Botanica was blaming me for what happened saying I should have warned them of the delay so they could have taken measure to fix it I tried calling them at least 10 times End of the story they refused to offer a full refund for the half delivered mostly dead plants and stopped replying my emails I am now left with 10 empty plastic pots and hundreds of euros less in my bank account Do not buy from this company I cannot stress this enough Basically a scam

I cant say anything good about them
I cant say anything good about them Because I never received the plant I paid for and I never got a refund either The shipping company apparently claimed they delivered my plant at my neighbors house However I didnt get a leaflet saying where they delivered somebody signed for it my neighbors didnt know anything about a delivery Casa botanica responded very slow to my emails After a week they said the shipping company gave an address I went to that adress - french fries restaurant from people I know very well - they do accept a lot of packages for us But there wasnt one from casa botanica Casa botanica didn t believe me and refused to refund me This is horrible customer service any other company would have offered a refund or at least would send the plant again I lost my money for the plant shipping costs When I contacted casa botanica again They just IGNORED MY EMAIL I feel scammed Money gone no plant received

Zero costumer support so unprofessional
The web shop sells regularly very rare and expensive plant and they seem very professional and friendly until you need their help on order gone missing or stuck with the courier They don t pick up the phone why put a phone number on the profile of you aren t going to answer they don t respond to email neither to DM s only to the good ones Spending so much money on a plant and trusting a shop so much and then find out that they don t give a damn if the plants arrive or not is very upsetting An advice for the seller in question just hire someone who can handle costumer care Still waiting to hear from them after 10 days don t think they would give me a refund

Horrible experience
We ordered quite a lot of plants from Casa Botanica From 30 ordered only 1 came in good condition others were almost completely dead or in very very bad condition After writing several emails to get a refund or return plants I never got an answer Do not buy from this shop I have nothing good to say about them

Very diapointed with them plant arrived in out of pot condition Short of 2 plant fr what i oder Oder 49euro price tag ekskimo super silver send me price the one with price tag 24 99 type Submit my complain with the pictures proof Response very bad way said if i not happy send back all the plant without missing any stem and regard short items they send me promised going to ship me but never happend Bad bad not recommended Disappointing treated the customer like that

I have ordered very expensive plants
I have ordered very expensive plants from them which came absolutely destroyed I have immediately contacted them with pictures explaining the situation and kindly asked them either replace them or to refund the money They asked me to shipp the plants back which I did added a more cost on packaging and UPS shipping cost they received the plants and since then they ignore my emails and until today they didn t refund anything All the communication with them takes extremely long there is basically zero customer care now I have no plants and no money I would like to point out that the amount of money I spend is high still had to pay 20 50 on shipping cost plus 17 UPS shipping on return box packing material 5 I am considering to press charges on the police for theft If you can please avoid buying from them because if things goes wrong you have zero customer care or support

I have ordered from them many times and
I have ordered from them many times and I noticed that they ALWAYS ship the plants on Thursdays Other plant shops usually ship them between Monday and Wednesday so they avoid having to leave the plants in the box at the weekend when the courier is overloaded with packages Especially because in my case they are sent from the Netherlands to Belgium delivery will typically take a day longer The first four times my plants arrived in reasonable condition but I am always afraid if they have to spend the weekend at the warehouse that they suffer too much in the dark Why can t they take the weekend into account like other plant shops

I ve ordered multiple times
I ve ordered multiple times only once had a slight issue It took over a week to resolve due to a busy time but the shop did offer compensation for a damaged plant Angela the owner is a very nice and kind person and I genuinely am happy with the service
