The ordering process was simple with a quick delivery date Unlike some companies Casamo didn t charge us for delivery which is amazing considering that we live in Scotland The furniture was unpacked by the delivery company who also took away all of the packaging The furniture itself is of extremely good quality and well worth the money I would definitely recommend Casamo to anyone thinking of buying furniture from an online retailer

Really good communication thoughout

Really good communication thoughout our order got delayed and we got the option to have a refund or continue with the order at a reduced price When the table and chairs was delivered it was excellent quality and very comfortable Well worth the money and exactly what I expected from the photos

More than satisfied with oak furniture

The Kelston Oak 3 over 2 chest of drawers is really well made and looks great And it was a little bit cheaper than elsewhere The delivery was within a week and the delivery men were very courteous They unpacked the unit and took away the packaging as well All in all a good experience and good value for money

Excellent Customer Service

You certainly cannot fault their customer service it is simply outstanding We had a minor hiccup with our order however it was rectified immediately No problems at all The communication is excellent and you are kept up to date with your delivery Would certainly recommend Casamo and will definately purchase from them again

Hi We just want to let you know how delighted we are with our new furniture We are absolutely blown away at the quality and really enjoying the smell of oak When we first stumbled across your website we were unsure about ordering from an online only company So glad we took our chance we really had nothing to be concerned about Three weeks from ordering we have all our items in one delivery Amazing well done Last January 2022 We ordered 4 sofas a sideboard tv unit and display cabinet from Oak Furnitureland After a number of failed deliveries and getting to 20th December we decided to cancel our order Eleven months and they still couldn t say when or if we would receive our order Their customer services was appalling - they just do not care about their customers We will recommend your company to anyone no hesitation Keep up the great work
