Excellent service

I hat had two visits now to the dentist and now it s all done I have no qualms about a five star review for this experience Not an easy but worthwhile journey All explained by our interpreter Seren My friend and support person decided to get a procedure done while we were there and received the same level of support as myself So Casas Clinic all the way Beautiful hotel Timely transfers to appointments Yes I m British and yes we have our NHS but this was not a possibility on my budget My finished treatment and the quality of care was second to none All done in the fantastic city of Izmir

I recently used Casas Clinics to arrange travel to Turkey to undergo a gastric sleeve operation It was very easy to speak with my contact and to receive a very good quote from them Unfortunately my original contact left and Seher was introduced to me as my new coordinator Seher responded quickly to all of my questions and queries she is a very kind and understanding person My travel was great from Antalya Airport arrivals I was treated like a VIP Everyone I met was very kind I had an excellent surgeon with a wonderful aftercare team Just 3 days later I was flying home I can still contact Seher if I have any questions and she still messages me to see how I m getting on I highly recommend Casas Clinics for all your medical tourism need

A really good Dentist

I had a great experience with Casas Clinic when I came to Izmir for my recent dental plan Seren was fantastic during my consultatations with the dentists and doctors translating and helping to finalise the details as well as keeping me updated with the timeline of my multiple visits and organising my transfers to and from the airport hotels She was a very friendly face and contact when I was on my own abroad and made sure I knew what was happening and in the loop Casas Clinic also helped negotiate a good price for my treatment too I am very happy with the result of my treatment and I can t stop smiling thank you

22 weeks lost 56 pounds

I booked my dental crowns with Casa Clinics with Serena The hotel was lovely The staff at the clinic were amazing I spoke with my consultant and dentist prior to my work starting My dentist was a perfectionist which was lovely I even met the guy making my crowns They worked together very well I won t say it was pain free I had some sensitive times But the end result Amazing Serena was at the clinic daily She made sure all my questions were answered We do not have this technology in the UK or dentists trained to this level I would recommend Casa Clinics to anyone

Yes very happy are they are very nice people And they stick to there word and the clinic as very clean stay of the art and the lady that take care of you with the VIP transportation talks very good English and the VIP driver takes very good care all the time all the staff at Casas clinics are very and very polite very big thank you to you all have a lovely Christmas and I will be back in march

Best thing I ve ever done

Yes I recently had all my teeth taken out and 10 implants fitted got to go back in 3 months to have all on 12 crowns at topAnd all on 12 crowns at bottom very happy with Casas clinics they take care all the time The hotel Archstone hotel we stayed in was nice and the people was nice BUT be warned of the bar opposite called Alsancak saki are a big rip off they ripped me and my friend off for 400 pound when you go in there and sit down they bring your drinks and then some girls come and sat by us what we did not ask for and ordered food and drinks that we did not no nothing about we was there for two hours and they give us a bill for 440 pound and about 6 people surrounded our table till we paid is all I had was two cans of coke they are like a load of gangsters be warned if you want a peaceful time don t stay in this hotel all little alley ways are full off clubs and scammers and very noisy but casas clinics was very good
