Got wrong product no replies

I ordered two cases and got two completely different Since 1 5 months there is no reply to the three emails I ve written to caseative No chance to get my money back

The case I ordered is not what was advertised on the website The case I received is actually quite ugly I have emailed asking for a refund but they are only wanting to refund a fraction of what I paid I do NOT recommend them

a terrible cover that does not protect

Terrible iPhone cases the back glass of my phone broke after a fall despite having the cover a cover shouldn t be just pretty but also protect against bumps

Poor quality and no customer service

My case broke within two months of use and they wouldn t exchange or refund me They did ask me to purchase another one though That is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced I would not recomment this company to anyone poor quality and no customer service

Bad case

Bad case Won t stay together with the weight of the phone if you try to put it up somewhere Back glass cracked on 1st drop Magnets don t stay put and will get lost causing case to lose the ability to magnetize together

Great cases They came exactly like how i would have imagen Great quality compared to the prize The cases i ordered coveres the holde phone and is a good protection
