Missing parcel no email responses
I ve placed an order of two cashmere knits and a scarf as gifts Unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of the items as they have not been delivered It seems that they went to a wrong address and been signed by someone else Aware this is Royal Mail s failing What is concerning is that I have tried to contact them by email a couple of times even before this delivery mess up but have not received any reply I have also not received a delivery information so could not be at home to check receive it I really would ve appreciated the delivery info with a tracking service considering it s an order with not a small sum for retail items It might be a small company with a staff shortage but I would have expected a response to a query at least within a couple of days Not having anything is very worrying
