I used a Cash Zone ATM on way to hols Shops in the service station had no access for card payents so suggested I got cash The ATM took my card no cash so was stuck with no card or cash Very difficult and when I called the number given by CZ for assistance after going through all the options office is closed at weekends and call back Monday Really not helpful

I tried yo cash out but the cash got distracted and i couldn t get my cash I called them and they said you will get your money back within 48 hours and it s been more than 48hours but still haven t got the money yet I called them 4 times and they always said the same thing Don t use this atm They re liar and scammers They always said they wil give me a call back and they never did I m very disappointed

Bathgate Co-Op on Glasgow Road machine was making dispensing noise no cash issued but the error message came up on screen saying I was NOT charged yet money was taken from my account Contacted bank immediately now having to wait 30 days for dispute to be resolved Never using cash zone machines again Can t even speak to anyone at cash zone Dreadful they can get away with taking money theft springs to mind

Never use Cashzone

I used my card twice thinking I d used the wrong number first time tried to take out 200 both times it said bank unable to do transaction I then checked and it had come out of my account Cashzone useless no response my bank followed up and after waiting 3 weeks Cashzone said the machine cash tallied so they wouldn t reimburse Luckily the shop CCTV showed that no cash was given still waiting for a response Never use Cashzone

Behaviour tantamount to theft

You swallowed my card issued a receipt to say that my transaction was cancelled and then proceeded to process a withdrawal for 250 from my account - money that you kept Absolutely no customer complaints line or ability to report this fraud If I could give you zero stars I would This is tantamount to theft Cash Machine Donnelly s Rathkenny County Antrim

Withdrew 250 cash didn t come out come off my balance Rang customer service didn t give a toss happened to several people that day ie yesterday but they still didn t put machine out of service hence my transaction Put a complaint in was advised head office are in Hatfield you will get a call shortly 4 hours later no call rang bk the agent said we don t log complaints your not getting a call The head office phone number is 017 ect but is customer service no email address so emailed ceo Anthony parks you can find he s email address online won t let me post itHopefully get a response Monday shocking disgusting company

If I could give no stars I would went to get money out at hilton park not only the 1 99 charge is scandalous but it didn t give me the money how ever I called them and to only discover that what I went to withdraw was less than what I ve been charged on my phone bill this company is about scum and should be shut down

Long process to resolve cash machine issues Machine didn t payout correct money now have to wait 12 workings days for my own money to be released No interest given customer service couldn t care less Machines are dirty and in need of tlc Will use my own bank machines from now on

I used this atm which is a new one outside the Spar shop in Woolston I asked for my account balance to draw out 200 The machine did not give me my money now it s in dispute with my bank Barclays If these people ever read their reviews I d like to just say that I had 3 witnesses yesterday if I do not get my money back I will contact the ombudsman because I think he needs to know how many complaints there are about this company
