Recently signed up wish I read all these reviews beforehand I ve a pending withdrawl of 500 the cheek to even charge you for withdrawing from them looking at all these reviews it s laughable really Anyway day 5 not processed my withdrawl and they tell me it s been escalated as they do with everything If I ve not received my withdrawl by Wednesday 9 7 21 I will be contacting IBAS for a form AVOIDUpdate 8 7 21 - i refused to leave the chat until something sorted apparently my withdrawl is now approved and will be released today so I should have funds maximum 3 days we will see Still showing as pending payment tooUpdate This is now a pending transaction on my bank thank you casino lab for sorting Had me worried for a minute

Just deposited 100 a couple of days ago Won 280 My withdrawal was delayed and now self excluded with out explanation Live chat disabled Online form goes unanswered Not sure I ll ever see my money again Update June 15th To be fair they have admitted they made a mistake and paid the winnings So I m giving them a better rating

Great site but never had so many problems withdrawing The live chat is helpful though

So I won a great 750 and I ve been trying to withdraw it It s been pending for 4 days and then they said do you need the money for neccesties I think say yes so I get the money faster and I bought myself a new computer with the winnings They then exclude my account but say my money will be with me at some point Now I have no idea when my money will get to me I ve never been a position where I m worried about money that I ve already spent from a site because I don t trust it s going to come out HELPThe chat was helpful and did say my money will be given to me in the time slot but as I now cannot access my account I have no idea what s going on It would be terrible if they closed my account because I deemed the money to be a necessity then don t give me my winnings UPDATE I contacted them through the contact form and they were very helpful and prompt with a reply Still annoying how long a withdrawal takes but they have been open and helpful Will leave a better review when money has been received

To be fair to this company despite not liking the fee to withdraw they have been excellent recently The last time I withdrew it hit my account within 72 hours
