Defective Coffee machine
Defective Coffee machine - incompetent repair We bought a Caso Cafe Crema One for 550 in May 2018 After 18 months it suddenly started to dispense water all over the kitchen work surface whilst still connected to the electric supply thereby creating a safety hazard We returned the item to Braukmann GmbH as the responsible company for Caso and they returned it to us approximately 2 weeks later claiming to have repaired it Clearly they hadn t even bothered to test it as the problem had not been resolved and the machine was just as defective as beforehand So much for German quality - whether manufacturing or service this company is an absolute disgrace and just wastes the Customer s time

I have the WK2500 kettle
I have the WK2500 kettle good looking but cheap China Design underneath The lid design is extremely fragile with only a couple of mm2 plastic in the weakest casted spots - as an engineer I call this designed to fail I wish I could upload a picture for everyone to see

10 10 2025Follow-up to CASO Design s ResponseDear CASO Design Team Thank you for your response even if it comes more than 1 years after I wrote this review While I appreciate your acknowledgment of the issue I must emphasize that I strictly followed the instructions provided in the user manual which came with my product and this explicitly listed glasses as suitable for cleaning Nowhere in my manual was there a warning about potential damage to anti-reflective coatings This omission in your documentation has resulted in significant damage to my eyeglasses rendering them unusable I also note that since this review you have updated your manual and added guidelines for cleaning glasses This clearly indicates that you are aware of the problem I believe it is only fair for your company to take responsibility for this oversight Sincerely Thomas PedersenOriginal review I have received a Caso Jewelry Cleaner 1500 Ultrasonic Cleaner as a gift and I would not recommend anyone to buy it After following the instructions as per the user manual for cleaning glasses our eyeglass lenses are now ruined The anti-reflective coating started peeling off providing an uncomfortable view when looking through the lenses The manufacturer CASO Design has refused to take responsibility and will not replace the glasses so I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company anymore

A disgusting impression of dishonest business practices
Everything we bought - an expensive Caso inverter microwave and PJ1000 juicer with a digital regulator everything broke down exactly one year later I can send photos and descriptions of each breakdown It is impossible to repair anything either no one has the parts or it is unreasonably expensive It is as if they are deliberately programming the defects In addition they have nothing to do with Germany everything is made in large factories in China which do everything with low quality A disgusting impression of dishonest business practices

Indecent company that does not keep
Indecent company that does not keep promises I have to dispose of my caso sound cool loungetable because of a broken glass top They promised me a new one free of charge in october Had to remind them in december By the end of january they had received the shipment in return due a customs problem and they did not inform me I was promised to receive it in a few days Nearly three weeks later I was contacted by customs authorities claiming 80 euros in import taxes This was agreed to be paid by Caso but they did not stand by their promise of free of charge As I have lost all and any trust in them I told DHL to return it to Caso My expensive loungetable is now useless I will never deal or interact with Caso design again 25 of original price is not free of charge And the customer should be informed when a promised replacement is returned Instead they chose to ignore our appointment until I sent an inquiry They clearly do not care about their customers Update After receiving Caso s remarks to this review my impression of them is strengthened I find it apalling that they are suggesting my experience is not in accordance with the truth The promise was made by October I promptly notified them of the issue of import taxes and received no objections Two months later nothing was sent An additional month later they claimed that a shipment was made but did not bother to inform me that this shipment was returned to Caso due to a customs issue I was still promised delivery free of charge Yet I received an invoice for 25 VAT I asked the carrier to return the shipment as I no longer trusted Caso and I informed them of this The carrier reached out and received guaranteed payment from Caso I ve asked for instructions on how to mount the glass top They have not responded It is all documented in the emails you ve got There is no distortion of actual events here Ask your employee Herr Lauper to provide you with a copy of these I find your claim utterly insulting You may be keeping promises - but it is apparently required to remind you several times ANnd I still haven t received any instructions of how to mount the glass top although I distinctly inquired about it I maintain my previous statement You are not trustworthy and you do no care about your customers

I bought a Caso coffee grinder from Worten s Outlet however being an outlet item it might come without some accessories It happened that it came without the lid for the compartment that stores the coffee beans in the grinder I contacted Worten and they informed me that they didn t have the accessory I decided to keep the product anyway because it is of very good quality Without expecting much I contacted Caso s customer service and they responded via email saying that they had the mentioned lid and would send it to me by mail at no cost After some waiting the lid arrived perfectly and today I can fully enjoy my grinder I thank Caso for the phenomenal service and exceptional CRM to maintain good relationships with customers Thank you
