I ordered a jacket through my son s cycling club It never arrived and this was confirmed by the club coach I sent the receipt and asked for a refund in several emails to Castelli customer service and they haven t don t anything Most of the time they don t even reply back

Website is Pretty but DOESN T WORK
The clothes are great but the website is an absolute joke it looks pretty but is totally non-functional I have had to reset my password over and over forget Castelli the clothes are not worth the hassle

Canadian customer service is non-existent
Trying to return several items online but Canadian site has no phone number or chat functionality Email and question portal have had no response for over a week so far I anticipate no response at all Extremely shady for such a recognizable brand

STAY AWAY - WORST SERVICE I VE ENCOUNTERED
Bought 4 items for choice with the plan to purchase 2 only 3 items turned up emailed 4 times before I had a response to say it was in the box when shipped No response after that also wanted to return an item again 4 emails to try and return the item with yes you guessed it no response No live chat no telephone number only an email which no one replies too I now have paid 185 for an item I didn t get and stuck with an 145 item that doesn t fit me They Will quickly take your money but can not get a refund STAY AWAY FROM CASTELLI

Never buy Castelli they stole from me
Castelli stole from me The very worst experience ever On 8 May 2023 I order a Castelli Free Sanremo Tri-suit After using it twice it started to tear at the seams both ends in the back pocket just one bike ride and one swim I thought no worries so I contacted Castelli to solve this issue because every great brand has in most cases wonderful customer service Never have I been more wrong in my life I submitted a request for a warranty with a form at their site 1 The response took a week They asked me if the labels were still attached 2 I responded the same day that this was not the case 3 Again the response took a week asking me for more photos I responded the same day with the requested detailed photos 4 Again the response took a week with three follow-ups from my side I took 4 weeks For me this was taking too long So I tried to call the US number to get someone however after following the menu I couldn t reach anyone I contacted at normal PST hours and tried several times Eventually I received an email telling me that fabric was being pulled too tightly and that is why it gave way In other words It s my fault This isn t true the quality of the seam was terrible and I have seen the same suit tear at the same place at my last triathlon So don t buy it ever Castelli made me feel hopeless as they don t take responsibility for their products I am angry about the way I have been treated by Castelli Customer Service Castelli Customer Service kept me waiting for weeks They made me follow up multiple times because they are unresponsive You can t call them and they take weeks to reply to your emails The worst they blame the customers for things they didn t do This is not what you expect from a high-end brand such as Castelli I now feel that Castelli stole from me billing me for 132 97 for a bad quality broken product that was used twice

Poor Quality and even worse customer service
Shockingly bad customer service Bought very expensive Estremo Overshoes less than 3 months ago thinking expensive Castelli gear was super quality and would last a me long time How wrong I was After only 8 spins the underside of the toe area on the left shoe had a large hole in it and the right shoe was beginning to rip in the exact same area I contacted Castelli who refused to honour the warranty stating the damage was due to accidental and involuntary actions What a disgraceful response I ve asked for them to review their decision and they haven t responded Shameful customer service and abysmal quality from a world-renowned brand

Won t be buying anything from Castelli Cycling again
Bought an expensive mesh t shirt directly from their Castelli web store It broke after machine wash for the first time and I didn t even get a chance to wear it No refund and not able to claim warranty as their Warranty and Returns department claim it is not related to manufacturing problems I expressed my disappointment and thanks them for the reply but their customer service have to reply again and remind me that it is not their product issue and they won t be accommodating me It is my first time buying from them and with such experience I am unlikely to support Castelli
