The staff are extremely professional efficient and friendly I cannot fault either Amanda and Michael in the Hythe Store or Travis and Joe delivering the furniture All were a delight to deal with Will definitely be getting all my furniture from Castons as the quality is good and the staff are excellent

Michael and travis were very helpful with removing our old sofas and bringing in the new ones Took the packaging away too

We ordered a 3 piece suite in April The staff in the shop were friendly helpful - we were able to take home fabric samples Suite delivered 20 June - on time Delivery crew were polite helpful - all packaging removed - suite set up and ready to goExcellent service - thank you
