From start to finish the customer service was excellent when purchasing my car from here they handled the whole sale and part exchange with great communicationa I had a problem with my sat nav not working correctly when purchasing the car However after ringing them they sorted out getting the sat nav updated and got it working with no further issues I will be purchasing my next car from here

I had an excellent experience dealing with Tom at Catalina Cars The service was amazing from start to finish he was very helpful accommodating and the process was quick and smooth The car was exactly as described he even sent me a walk round video I would highly recommend Catalina Cars and especially Tom for his friendly and helpful service The quick communication made the process much easier Tom was easy to get a hold of at any time if I had any questions which gave me the certainty of travelling from Scotland
