Products look like the Wish version of photos on their website
The band Catbird sent me looks nothing like the photos on the website Most of the time I would let something like this go and just enjoy it for what it is but this is my wedding ring that I will be wearing forever and I am extremely disappointed it isn t what Catbird led me to believe based on the photos I ve gone back-and-forth with their customer service about this with EXTREMELY detailed evidence but they continue to gaslight me and stated they are not going to accept a return There is a huge difference between the beautiful craftsmanship displayed on the listing and the obvious laziness and complete lack of quality in the ring I received I ordered a ring with stars and received a ring with Xs I did NOT order a treasure map for my wedding ring and I will not accept their agents attempting to downplay the issue that I have very clearly explained with visual and detailed proof I understand them saying each ring is one of a kind but nowhere on the listing does it say the ring I receive will look nothing like the listing at all There is not a single ring on either listing that looks like the one I received I wanted a variation on a specific scheme not a whole different visual design Entire advertised design elements being missing is tantamount to fraud It s a whole different concept And furthermore what is the point of the zodiac illustrations on the listing if the rings are going to just be decorated randomly Based on my two combined signs Scorpio and Aries there is only the possibility of having ONE X and multiple asterisks You certainly shouldn t have MORE Xs than the design calls for I can t believe Catbird would just sell some random ring in place of the one pictured For those prices you really need to take individual pictures of each ring if they are going to be THAT different I understand them being somewhat different but the shaping is entirely different it s not domed at all they just used thick rectangle wire for my actual one I know this is long winded but I am hoping you can avoid the same fate Save your money or use it somewhere where they care about their customer

I have never been more disappointed in an online store s experience I purchased 2 solid gold pieces for my fiancee from this store as our wedding gift I was told during purchase by the agent online that my purchase would qualify for exchange or refund should anything go wrong I spent ages looking online for a brand and chose this one for MY WEDDING GIFT Unfortunately the piece I chose did not fit my fiancee and was not her style I immediately reached out to catbird to initiate the exchange or even credit online I was told there is no exchanges for international purchases and that their policy is online It s buried in a page at the bottom and again - during my extensive discussion with an EMPLOYEE of your business I expressed that I lived in Canada and was told I could return During the excitement of course I assumed the word of an employee was correct I spent over 800 and couldn t reach customer service for ages over email until one of their chat agents finally answered me and gave me a sorry the agent was incorrect but we can t take it back Are you serious So now we re stuck with your absolutely overpriced marked up online jewelry that was put into a box messily with no proper wrapping and that doesn t fit And you can t honour what your employee that represents your store said to a customer I was again ready to buy more pieces and would have happily just taken a credit Absolutely unethical company that just shills their product and is extremely overpriced for what they are after talking to numerous other people after the fact I will never be purchasing here again and would highly advise anyone from doing so Thanks for ruining my wedding gift that I saved up for She has to act like she likes it now because of your own company s unethical practices When you respond to this and say that your policy is on your site and the same BS about pieces getting lost in customs potentially please spare me - numerous proper companies around the world do international exchanges and stand by the mistake of an employee that was the direct reason someone purchased your product Not Catbird though because greed is what matters

Don t buy Knuckle Rings from Catbird Very disappointed in the customer service response I ve received from catbird today Let me start out by saying that I am a loyal catbird customer I have a 5 or 6 catbird rings and a bracelet This past summer I purchased the Mignon Memory Ring in the size 3 5 from the soho store I was between sizes and bought the ring in the 3 5 on the advice of the sales person Before purchasing in the ring I SPECIFICALLY asked the sales associate if there are ever issues with these knuckles rings staying on people s fingers I asked this question because when I tried the ring on it just didn t feel secure on my finger I actually almost didn t buy the ring for this reason However the catbird sales woman assured me that I had nothing to worry about She specifically said I know it feels like it ll fall off but they never do I went on to buy the ring but in the back of my mind I was always worried about it falling off 2 weekends ago I was in Amsterdam for my birthday and was wearing the ring At the end of the night I went to take my rings off and I realized that one of my knuckle ring had fallen off I so annoyed and upset because my instincts had told me not to buy the ring but I had let the sales woman at catbird convince me otherwise I had bought the ring over the summer and still have the receipt for it so I emailed catbird customer service and asked if I could get a credit for the ring I shop a ton at catbird so I knew I would probably buy something else Unfortunately the catbird customer service people were only willing to offer a promo code for 20 off a future purchase However that s not the part of this that is upsetting to me I went to go leave a review on their website basically saying that while I loved the way the ring looked I wouldn t recommend purchasing the ring because it s not stable on the finger and slips off very easily Also because the ring is so light you don t even notice if it falls off However I found that there wasn t an option on the catbird website for me to leave a review I emailed customer service back asking them how I could leave a review for this product and they basically told me they re NOT currently allowing reviews for this item Personally I think the reason catbird is not accepting reviews for this product is because they ve had other customers that have had the exact same problem that I ve had with the ring falling off and they don t want a ton of reviews on their website of people complaining about the ring not being stable on their finger I find this type behavior extremely sneaky and unethical on the part of catbird please beware when purchasing their knuckle rings If they don t feel secure on your finger then do not buy because it will fall off

Honestly could not be worse experience
Honestly could not be worse I have been looking at their jewelry for several years and decided to finally pull the trigger I got 2 chokers and 4 rings 1000 Issue 1 they decide to put up a valentines day sale the day after with a free gift and will not honor that for me Issue 2 the rings I ordered do not fit even after a measuring 3 times with the ring fitter and b comparing to other rings I have Me Ro Issue 3 I asked to exchange the rings for a half size lower since they just fall off how they are so big compared to ones I already have I don t know They said no exchanges Spending 470 just for rings that I can t even wear now what the Seriously screw this company Terrible customer service from the get go and I will literally never buy from them again

Terrible customer service and communication
The ring was very nice - the customer service continues to be terrible I ordered an engagement ring from Catbird and knowing I was likely to get the size wrong I specifically asked whether the ring I was ordering could be resized Fast forward a few months and I ve proposed with the ring and need to get it resized from a 6 to a 7 I m now told that resizing is only possible within 75 of the original size - something that had never been mentioned before It took me reaching to Catbird s Instagram account to actually get someone to look at this case they didn t pick up their phone or reply to emails the chat response gave me the canned 75 response When their customer experience manager finally emails me offering an exchange it takes them another week to reply to my follow up question It s been a month and a half since I proposed and my partner still can t wear her ring comfortably Bad policies I can forgive to an extent - absolutely abysmal communication I cannot Thus this review

Don t buy from them
TERRIBLE SUPPORT Ordered my engagement ring on June 4th following their online sizing but still allowing plenty of time for resizing prior to our destination wedding Ring arrived after 2 5 weeks and needed to be resized no big deal other than the somewhat slow 3-4 week turnaround time which is their advertised standard The ring came back after 6 weeks 2nd week of August but that s not the worst part they had literally done NOTHING The ring came back the same size Even though there were 3-4 weeks prior to our departure there were not 6-8 weeks so I opted to get it resized upon return 20 day vacation Sent it to them upon return and I m still waiting for the ring as they didn t do ANYTHING above and beyond to remedy this situation e g expediting the resize When I asked them for an update because expecting them to communicate without prompt is a pipe dream they told me that they re in week 3 of their 3-4 week resize window NO KIDDING I don t need you to tell me that I can look at a calendar
