My son has gone studying in USA and we looked at a number of options but this was so easy to understand and it took 3 days for the card to arrive and is so easy with the app to add money to his card All round easy application and easy to use whilst being secure

Best customer service with a person who wants to help you
Having had my Caxton account for over 16 years now I have had little need to contact the customer service because it just works However I am currently on a motorcycle trip around the world and needed to contact customer service regarding limits and change of details Calling from the US with the time difference was the only issue as Linda and her team answered all my questions brilliantly helping me understand when I can top up my card again and also updating all my personal information instantly I would never look anywhere else for a pre-paid credit card when traveling

Good customer service
Easy to use website Tara contacted me after i had applied for the card online she was very friendly and customer focused She took interest in my holidays and also gave me a lot of good tips for using the card My daughter recommended the card to me as she uses one I would highly suggest to give this a try the service from them is efficient and professional Thankyou to Tara for all her help

I have used Caxton for over 10 years
