Cognitive assessment for son

The clinical psychologist was lovely and very helpful She looked after my son very well during his assessment After reading the final report the assessment was well worth the money and will benefit my child in terms of support at school and day to day life We now know his strengths and weaknesses and things the school need to do to support his learning She also recommended getting referred for assessments for adhd and co ordination developmental disorder by our gp which was extremely helpful

I would highly recommend CAYP for ASD assessments Having looked at a number of different clinics offering assessments we chose CAYP for our 12 year old I was very pleased with the professional service provided by Sarah at the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch Sarah was very approachable and put us all at ease throughout the assessment process The process was clear and well informed Sarah was very prompt with any responses to queries we had Overall a very good professional service

Autism assessment

We came to CAYP for an Autism assessment after waiting far too long on the CAMHS waiting list They were very professional and the whole process was timely and straight forward from start to finish Heidi and Jenni genuinely care and we felt this made such a difference during our daughter s assessment We would definitely recommend CAYP for anybody desperately waiting for an assessment it has enabled us to give our daughter the support she needs sooner rather than later

Amazing supportive and first class service

Where do I even start The service we ve received from CAYP has been first class In particular the support from Laura has been beyond anything we could ve expected We are so incredibly grateful that such a difficult daunting and emotional process was made so much more manageable Finally we can start the journey of getting the support guidance and understanding our Son needs and we wouldn t have been in a position to do that without CAYP Laura and Emma Thank you just doesn t feel enough

The service we received from CAYP was excellent We used them for an ASD assessment for our daughter We found Sherell and Abi to be so welcoming to her and they put her totally at ease She had great fun When dealing with us Sherell was prompt professional and very caring and understanding in her approach The report and diagnosis is and will continue to be amazingly helpful for our family

Dr Hasan Waheed was amazing for my 11year old son I noticed a big difference after only a few sessions He always made him and myself feel comfortable couldn t do enough for him I would highly recommend cayp especially Dr Hasan and won t hesitate to return if I feel he needs it again in the future Thank you from a very appreciative mum

I contacted CAYP in February of this year and from the moment I first spoke to Dr Alex Brown and Dr Neha Mathura I felt like I was listened too They explained the whole process with me and put all my worries at ease Their professionalism and kindness was second to none I cannot thank you both enough for all the support you have given our son Alex you have gone above and beyond for us You are truly the most caring and understanding person I have ever met
