Always on hold over 45 minutes and usually takes away leeway 4-5 phone calls to get things sorted I will be moving all 4 of my accounts with them asap

You need the banking app on your phone to access your account in a browser but you need your browser to set up the app on your phone So if you change your phone you re locked out of your account Great planning guys

What a mess their online internet banking is No reported outages but all you get is information about the changes to Virgin then continue to internet banking not going to happen Online help No - not available to you Is this how all business users are treated

First i takes ages to login stating We cannot help you at this time and when I finally get in my account does not work properly all of my saved payees are gone and the website just will not work properly when all I want to do is make a simple transfer When I put the debit card number into paypal to make a payment that way Paypal say my card is declined CB s systems are not working properly and considering this is where we keep our hard earned money needed to suruve they should really hire more professional technicians who know what they are doing Unbelievable service Will go into the branch tomorrow to hopefully get this all resolved

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH BANK NOW
I tried to log in this morning only to get a message saying I had tried my password too many times it was twice and I m sure it was actually correct the first time I tried again to then get a message saying they can t help me at this time I have had a few problems with this bank recently and they never uphold your complaint I have had enough and I am going to switch

The mobile app is not loading at all so tried website - but what do you know I can t access website until I confirm it s me through the mobile app Total nightmare and it s not the first time Very rarely had issues before Virgin took over sorry merged Had enough now - just doesn t feel trustworthy anymore

I have spent over an hour this morning on live chat trying to transfer a large lump of my money from my Clydesdale saving account to my current account with another bank following a message that my account does not allow on line transfers It always did and I was told all savings accounts status has been changed by Clydesdale My only option now is to go to a branch in London over 20 miles away In the middle of a pandemic So much for instant access Why would anyone want to trust a bank that makes it so difficult to withdraw YOUR money

I tried to use card at cashline and declined called cb helpline and informed my cadd stopped but they dont know why or any i fo why now online banking wont load up im on benefits and struggling for money i cant get as housebound and unable to get to local branch 3 miles away i reckon i will take my debt elsewhere lol

WORSE THAN USELESS - I have been with Clydesdale since the 1970 s They used to be ok but now are completely hopeless Attempts to phone them are a waste of time since you just get music and every 30 seconds a message saying Thank you for holding our lines are still busy your call will be answered shortly Having tried to get an answer over several days I assume that shortly means in several days or longer - SHOCKING SERVICE

No access through the app no access through desktop and https card not rejected at Asda fuel pumps just starts accepts the pin says card accepted and remove it then it is cancelled time after time Cannot get past the huge queue on the phone so have given up Just had problem with payees being dropped from my DD list and CB tells me that it is the payees fault The drift to Virgin Money is not going well is it
