In my opinion Juan E Rose in Carlsbad CA is a rude and irresponsible individual He manages a property where the tenants pit bulls were unleashed and attacked two ladies and their dogs while on a walk within the condo community When I notified Juan E Rose of the incident he was rude and not helpful at all His wife is the owner of this particular property They could care less about their tenants dogs tearing apart one dog and biting two civilian women Do you want him to manage your property I wouldn t

Absolutely terrible Company Have been trying to arrange a viewing for a small commercial retail shop in Pershore for over two weeks now Myself and wife have sent x5 emails and left in excess of x6 telephone messages specifically to a Andrew Jackson whom I respectively suggest should change career I have even spent 23 to obtain a land registry search and found the owners to be TSB Bank We are a local company and didn t require any form of finance to purchase We have yesterday agreed the purchase of another property in Evesham I suggest that if you are looking to sell a property - look elsewhere for an agent because CBRE and Andrew Jackson are about as much use as a Chocolate Teapot Andrew Hodgetts Mobile Solutions

If I can give negative rating They caused huge delay 6 months for our property be be visible to potential buyers which ended up 50 loss of value of our site Terrible management and lacking of responses

Really inefficient and unhelpful I am not surprised to see such bad reviews of this company They have kept me waiting for over two weeks constantly making out that I am some kind of criminal when asked for all my personal details I was able to provide 6 months rent in advance and 2 guarantors and they have rejected my offer Now they are saying that they are keeping my holding deposit I am sure they are playing landlord and tenant against each other Landlord is obviously frustrated at the process taking over two weeks which is completely due to them and homeppl 2 weeks of nothing but stress and anxiety created by CBRE

ESW1 form is our home safe

As the freeholder of our property it is down to them to get an ESW1 form cladding stafey report for the building Without this form we are unaware if our homes are safe and we cannot sell our flat as mortgage lenders require this form The safety inspection was carried out in July since then we have had no update and nobody will tell us when we will be receiving the ESW1 form Robin Aires has not responded to residents emails since October

If I could give 0 stars I would Absolutely horrified after buying an over million dollar brand new apartment just to find chicken bones in the dishwasher filter Nothing was cleaned all appliances had been used to store food or wash clothes I was rushed through the final settlement inspection by Georgia Everything promised - such as marketing material being removed was not Horrified with the amount of money I spent and the terrible service given

Unprofessional in breach of our tenancy agreement by withholding my deposit for no reason what so ever Have to open a case against them through Deposit Protection Agency Would not recommend

CBRE is a horrible commercial loan

CBRE is a horrible commercial loan brokerage They make requirements up as they go and honestly I am not sure if it s to simply justify their massive employment or to irritate their clients off I never deal with the same representative so I can never get any real rapport going All they do is insert themselves into your business whenever they get the itch I will never get a loan through CBRE or do any sort of business with this company ever again

CBRE Valuations - Absolutely hopeless I went with CBRE as I though they are reputable but their valuation team just tick boxes DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY They may be reasonably priced but you will get an extremely underquoted valuation which a 10 year old can write BE CAREFUL
