I agree with Lorraine s review I have a solar account with them and they don t return calls treat additional principal payments as regular payments and charge interest They could or would not send me information through the mail I would never use them again and am presently looking to refinance my solar I would never use them in the future

CC Bank lies about rates obfuscates payment information denies access to loan information and charges insane interest rates They lie to consumers about loans The two reviews before mine must be spurious Their BBB rating and reviews are terrible and all the same story They have locked me out of online access to my account despite having paid every bill sent my way Shameful Avoid them

Zero stars After a year of arguing that I needed to know payment information agents insisted that we had paid off the balance in full They were hostile and would not help Then we got a whopper of a bill with four times the interest rate because we didn t pay off in time Bills and statements never come online service never works and they are flat-out untrustworthy Stay away
