They don t even deserve a star It s been over a week and I still can t access what I ve paid for Customer service is shockingly useless it s been 4 days with no reply and when they do reply it s the same automated message none of them read my questions or issues I m at a loss as there are no numbers for the company and no one is replying a company like this shouldn t be allowed to operate It s a scam If you re wanting to sign up with CCCAMBOX DONT And if you ve had the same issue but managed to somehow get hold of customer service please let me know Worst serve EVER

I have bought this without reading review thinking I can get my money back within 30days as promised The service is bad when I asked for my refund never got it Stay away from this it s one of the worse iptv and you will never get your money back as they promised

Fake 30 day guarantee - refusing to pay up

Not happy with the IPTV provider which is most definitely below par After just a few days of using the service I realised it was not what I expected from the advertising and website I decided to make use of the 30 day guarantee that they promise but just got a reply stating that there was no basis for a refund and refused to give me back my money There are FAR better providers out there Give this bunch of scammers a miss Note They claim to have 5 stars and a score of 8 9 on Trustpilot - but check this - it s actually 2 stars and a score of 1 9

In all honesty keep away from this supplier I m now four days without their service due to their stupidity I sent in my complaint no live TV and can t get a reply they sent me an email that s invalid Since I ve been with cccambox I had nothing but problems and honestly they are the poorest service I ve ever had STAY AWAY STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SHAM

Scam do NOT subscribe to the trial you won t be able to cancel or get a refund They claim to have 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee but it s not true I wasn t satisfied with the service because it would buffer every-time while watching tv I messaged them thorough a ticket and they kept asking me to write an email but they wouldn t share the email address and their policy exclude these reasons Excluded from refunds Missing channelHD 4K qualityTemporarily bufferingTemporarily not working channelsEPG missing wrongNot able to setup our servicesSo basically everything you could ask for a refund I used the trial for 1 day and immediately messaged via website and they never came back to me These people are not serious at all I would recommend you to try them Cheers
