As an HSBC transfer client to CCF CCF has failed After 3 months it is impossible without dozens of calls internal CCF messages and direct emails to reach our designated banker 6 weeks after excessive attempts we finally had a rather chaotic meeting with our very pleasant personal banker to set up our account and make modifications 6 weeks further down the road after checking for changes modifications NONE of our account modifications changes have been done NONE WHATSOEVER Perhaps CCF is overwhelmed by the massive influx of HSBC clients or this is unplanned obstruction or I personally am unwelcome or our business is unwanted by CCF or or or Whatever the issues with our own attempt to establish an account did CCF s CEO NOT PLAN for this massive transfer Simply astounding

Nothing but issues since they switched
Nothing but issues since they switched from HSBC I need to do a simple task of depositing money - very basic requirement - and I ve been to 4 ccf branches and they have no machines and no date for when they do It s quite outrageous Needless to say I ll be moving to another bank within the next day or 2

My account was transferred from HSBC France to CCF and the experience has been woeful Particularly money transfers to sepa accounts are very slow it takes at least a day and longer if weekends etc I am not sure if this is standard in France but I am used to instant transfers from living in the UK Even worse I can see money has left my account but there is no tracking no way to see what time the transaction occurred etc or if it is pending successful I am looking for a new bank for France Unfortunately some institutions in France require French bank accounts

Shame on HSBC and CCF
This bank is a disgrace and shouldn t be in business They are incompetent their advisors are rude arrogant and lazy their app doesn t work and every transaction takes days longer than it should I have closed my account and moved to CA which is a breath of fresh air Shame on HSBC for selling their business to CCF I guess HSBC is just another business who does not understand how badly this type of thing affects their brand Your sell the business and don t give a damn about the subsequent bad experiences being suffered by your previous customers It s not your responsibility anymore Well I for one will never buy another HSBC product ever again

Although not involving large sums I have asked for my case to be put before a bank mediator They have never apologised for their dysfunctional apps and lack of response The phone lines operate like a scam bank charging you by the minute whilst they keep you on hold They act with complete impunity never accept any responsibility for their appalling service and expect the customer to cover the entire cost of their faulty systems

We have just closed our CCF ACCOUNT
We have just closed our CCF ACCOUNT because of their spectacularly poor serviceEventually they closed it on 18th June when i asked for it to be done end of month causing us problems with Amazon who had already delivered before their unilateral closure However glad to see the back of CCF who have tarnished my 40 year relationship with HSBC

This bank is the worse I have ever
This bank is the worse I have ever experienced CCF send a new bank card this summer and we have still not received the PIN number It s been 5 months Endless messages to my advisor Said D have resulted in nothing happening They charge monthly fees yet we have no use of the new CCF card with out the PIN number The old HSBC PIN number does not work Many changes are needed for quality control quality assurance there

Impossible to connect online
Connecting online for the first time with CCF after being with HSBC was impossible no SMS was received to initiate the first connection A long call was necessary to a service number Connection was only possible by receiving a bot call in French with a code Initial connection achieved but not repeated Now back to square one no SMS no access a bot call with a new code number Looks like another long phonecall is necessary

They lost 30K of my funds - NEGLIGENCE
This bank is a horror movie for months trying to close the account after having no access to my account or digital bank when I finally managed to convey that i wanted to close it my consellier WILLY CORDOVA the most negligent in that bank Sent all my funds around 30K euros to another account which was not even under my name I have been the past two weeks trying to retrieve my funds which are still missing This is the most horrible experience and after multiple messages an email no answer

Substandard security to prevent theft
Substandard security to prevent theft via fraudulent transactions Request for refund was met with a 4 to 8 week investigation period As the thefts were small balance I suspect I was being Carded I opted to close account This process was met with the singularly most distasteful experience I have ever had with a bank From beginning to end account closure took almost 4 weeks to accomplish Account Counselor was unhelpful and in some instances determinedly obstructive Stay away from this bank
