I first used cctv42 because they were within my area for which I am thankful Without them I think I would be still thinking about my scheme Consultation regarding cameras recorders cables and connectors were laid out with clarity that was 3 years ago Recently I started having problems with my recorder which had been recording 24 7 since its installation A call to cctv42 and they supplied me with an updated version of my recorder at a discounted price I installed it but found I could not couple it to my computer Cctv42 to the rescue again Remote control of my computer and a lot of sorting and I am back in business Great team

Great cameras and top customer service

Over the last year or two I have been updating my CCTV system from CCTV42 the cameras are of a high spec very easy to install and setup I now link mine via an App on the smart phone so can view the cameras from that live When I have had a query I have called or emailed and the response I have received has always been swift and very helpful I highly recommend this company and will be using again should I upgrade and delve into the realms of HD

Excellent Customer Service

After changing internet providers the superlive pro app would not work any more with the system we have from CCTV42 no idea why Because we travel a lot this is very important to us as we can see what is happening when we are not on the premises this gives us great peace of mind I called the company at about 5 45pm where I spoke to someone called Marcus I said if it is to late I m more than willing to call back another more appropriate time but Marcus was only to willing to help us he fixed the problem and we can now use the app again when we re away VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER -

One of the most helpful companies I have ever dealt with Very helpful advising me on which equipment to purchase Helpful during set up and almost 2 years later still willing to help when I changed my router and needed an update to my ip address Very knowledge and great after sales service

if you want the best equipment and service this is without doubt the place to go

I had other cctv equipment which wasn t up to the job when I had a vehicle stolen it couldn t provide enough detail Now I have cctv42 equipment it can pick up number plates on a dark rainy night with ease Personally I wouldn t have anything else now If you want quaity start here and forget the rest

Amazing attention to customer requirements

I have a cctv system which recently expired at the DVR I contacted the company who talked me through my options in a thorough patient way which resulted in my ordering a replacement DVR I ordered at 1400 hours and received the item at 0830 the following day I replaced the unit and then ran into difficulties which turned out to be on my existing router I then received support over half an hour attempting to resolve the problem The problem was resolved but I couldn t see the cameras on my monitor Marcus resolved this by remote access of the DVR and changing the resolution of the monitor He then set up remote access on to my iphone I cannot fault this company in any way particularly there patience when dealing with a customer

Pressed a wrong button on my CCTV system and messed things up Henry from CCTV42 was very helpfull prompt reply talked me through the fix over the phone Wouldn t go anywhere else

Right choice

I m a bit sad I research everything to death and then try to get the best product AND the best customer support at the best price You still have to take the plunge though don t you So I did The enquiries I made from the outset with CCTV42 convinced and educated me around the whole business of installing a cctv system myself guiding me through the options the pros and cons - AND they listened to me Did you get that They actually listened to me - I m sure they ve heard all the concerns and worries from hundreds of customers but they listened and then gently guided and encouraged me I now have a dvr secured in my loft four brilliant cameras Henry will advise what type you need locating where to keep costs down remote and fantastic access via my iPhone s etc It is incredible quality You need to understand this is from someone who is a DIY disaster I m the person who drilled through an electrical cable twice whilst trying to put up a picture It wasn t plain sailing - I had a few minor problems but Henry talked me through it sent out a new power supply and patiently listened to me get simple things wrong and then put me right I feel very secure with my cctv coverage and very happy with my decision to spend a bit more to get a great deal more than the systems you will see advertised on the popular sites Customer service like this in 2016 is rare Right choice Quite simple yes

brilliant company

i have dealt with cctv42 for quite some time now with analogue cameras and now i have upgraded to full hd-tvi to say that these cameras are fantastic would not do them justice i am over 70 years old and disabled but with the lads from cctv42 help i set up all my system no problem if you want the best than look no further mr dennis parker
