Fantastic service
Great company to work with Sales emails were answered very promptly order was dispatched in time tracking details provided correctly the printer was very well wrapped and it was a nice touch that they included a Windows Test Page configuration printout and some Zebra logo test prints with the printer that was dated on the morning of dispatch proving it works and giving them an opportunity to spot a fault if it didn t My package did come with the wrong socket to brick lead which 11 minutes after emailing I was told the correct one would be sent first class Couldn t ask for a better service My only critique is that the power supply that I was provided was one that Zebra have recalled and the website needs to be managed better The image of the refurbished printer was a stock image but it was the wrong stock image of the non-WiFi model of the GX420d which doesn t have the screen The WiFi model has a small screen and has a different user interface Having images of the actual printer showing the cosmetic condition would have been valuable The information is also lacking including things like how much printing the printer has done so far which I had to get through email Finally the newsletter prompt that comes up if you move your mouse outside of the website area is very annoying and should be disabled If they could make improvements to the website CDS would be perfection Even so they re pretty darn close Easy recommendation Thanks Shay and Cath

Great service
Fantastic service I needed to order an urgent fuser unit for my company s printer Despite missing the regular cut off for the daily post Cath had this expedited to be sent out via Fedex courier for very next morning I had called relatively late in the afternoon and wasn t expecting much but Cath made the improbable a reality It is also always great to have a company who picks up the phone as opposed to either having no number or being filtered through an automated system Thanks again Neil

Incredibly fast delivery and the
We needed to purchase a Zebra thermal barcode printer but didn t want to spend the money on a brand new one I contacted CDS and they managed to find a refurbished model of the printer I had mentioned at a much lower price Arrived quickly and very well packaged it had test stickers still attached to show everything had been tested before despatch Had a couple of questions after delivery which were answered straight away via email Great service and would definately recommend to anybody in need of a quality refurbished printer Also came with a 6 months return to base warranty for peace of mind Thank you to Shay and Cath for all your help
