Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting We use them for returns They lost multiple parcels and refused to accept any responsibility and pay compensations as they only accept claims from customers registered in Spain As I am not Spanish it is OK for them to refuse to pay any claims for parcels they lost Customers services are pathetic too and simply stopped replying to my messages DO NOT USE THEM

Very disappointed COMPANY They said my package was delivered to my address but it doesnt NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I had trouble getting my recent order The seller chose Celeritas which I didn t know about If I knew I would not order as I had terrible experiences with Celeritas delivery before Here s what happened - The first delivery person tried to call me when I was out They disconnected after I said I d be home in under 5 minutes It was rude - The next day I stayed home all day to make sure I got the package But delivery did not happen and I got a message saying my address was incomplete It was found the first time - I gave my friend s address as the recipient for their 3rd attempt The delivery person rang the apartment doorbell downstairs but they didn t go up to her apartment They said they couldn t find her I m sure the address was correct and they pressed the correct apartment bell This experience made me very dissatisfied with the delivery company again

Fraudulent

As many other people I have also been waiting for my parcel day after day only to be told it would arrive another day Fraud and unfortunately Zalando has not been very helpful so far

Not a single time have I had a package

Not a single time have I had a package actually delivered from this post service Not ONCE They claim that I am not home I work from home I am always home I ask them to deliver to a pick-up point instead They claim the pick-up point is not home they are open from 10 00-20 00 every day And then they just send my packages back to where I bought them Every single time There is no help to get when trying to contact Celeritas

Impossible to get the parcels delivered

Impossible to get the parcels delivered because of the deliverymen They have decided to just handle the parcels that are close and forget about the other clients

Horrible service

Horrible service and terrible customer support They failed to deliver my package and then marked that I refused it which of course I haven t Moreover that if you have problems with the parcel delivery there s no way you can reliably contact them their webpage is broken and doesn t mention contacts

They never showed up

I was home all day as I work from home and no one came to deliver my package The tracking page says they ve already started returning it but no delivery attempt was made To make things worse I see in the order details it is saying Shipment refused - We ve been told that you don t want your order anymore If so we will proceed to send it to the return center This is completely false I never spoke to anyone and couldn t have refused the package
