Laptop came earlier than expected and in excellent working condition Customer service rated highly Answered all of my questions pre-purchase within minutes on their website and called post purchase to make sure i was happy with everything Charger sent with laptop didn t work received new charger next day live across country upon letting them know completely hassle freeIf your looking for an easy experience with a trustworthy NZ company who has outstanding customer service to purchase a refurbished device then this is the one Spent hours looking around websites and trying to figure out who to trust and it was doing my head in but Cellmyphone made the experience so easy The team there is doing an awesome job honestly just real people selling real tech highly recommend supporting local Happy i made this choice and willpurchase again
