Beautiful tree light

I received this beautiful tree light It was easy to set up and spread out the branches I ve enjoyed the peaceful glow in the room

Cheap-looking and overpriced

These trees don t look anything like they do on the website They do look like they are wrapped in silver tape - which they are Would be okay if they were cheap and you knew what you are getting But they are expensive They just look cheap I got some garlands as well and they were all dented and banged up as were the boxes for the trees I had intended the trees as gifts but could not use them as gifts because of the ruined boxes Probably would not have wanted to give them away anyway seeing how cheap they look Avoid I should have researched better before buying

On March 26 2022 I placed a 169 - order My credit card was charged but I never received the products I have written many emails without a reply and the phone number is disconnected I have reported this company as a scam to the BBB

Unreliable shipping

So I ordered from this company once before and I got my tree without much hassle but the second one that I have ordered which was supposed to be a gift has taken over three weeks and as far as I can tell from the tracking is still sitting in China The company has not been helpful at all to expedite things except to say it s within the 21 day time they have for shipping I did not realize when I ordered that the company was in China Celtic haha and that wouldn t matter if they were efficient with their shipping but they are totally unreliable I will not be ordering from them again

Product misrepresented unacceptable

I ordered 3 garden lanterns that are pictured as having white or clear globes They look beautiful in the photograph I received lanterns with orange globes that look cheap and tacky in my garden I have reached out to request a replacement with clear globes or full refund The best they have offered is a 20 refund and I get to keep the product that I can t use So they will retain 80 while I have nothing in return but a product I ll have to throw away What kind of a business does this
