Save your money They will not do anything They will claim that something can t be done even though it very easily can be And when you ask them what is going on and if the issue is getting resolved they claim that you are abusing them They have nothing but excuse after excuse as to why they refuse to do anything Save your money and avoid these people at all costs

As others mentioned their support is garbage even when you pay for their top tier plan Bad attitude slow response times over a month sometimes and they have no idea what they are doing half the time They also expect you to do the work even if you buy their full management support Panel itself is decent other than the bugs such as with backups settings wont save compatibility issues etc They also don t really develop or improve the panel backups feature has been in beta for 4 years There are too many good control panels out there to waste your time with this one
