Service is zero Update 25th July
Update now 12 more emails no reply from them They should have paid me 34 000 euros but not one reply from them these are crooks all you every get are auto repliesThis has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with you send them an email and get a message back we will contact you within 14 days Nothing happends For the last two years I have emailed them so many times and never had a reply Last time it took THREE MONTH before I got a reply This year I am due for the payment I have been trying to get information about I sent 11 emails before I had one reply and then nothing No contact person they also say they can not speak English They are a Dutch company and everyone in Holland speaks Dutch In the end I posted a message on their Face book page and got an answer My policy is due 1st July but so far nothing from them This is one company I would never advice any one to deal with they take your money every month but when you try to find your about being your investement back you hear nothing

I had really bad experience with the reisverzeking from centraal beheer They rejected a genuine claim from me The low cost airlines cancelled the tickets and refused to give refund obviously we will ask reisverzekering but according to them this is between airlines and me

Buyer be warned - not insured for replacement value but cash value depreciating
Had an item stolen from luggage during travel Made the claim with Centraal Beheer The item was bought for 120 euros approximately The item now costs around 160-200 euros today Central Beheer depreciate the item and pay out a fraction of the actual cost to replace it This is known as cash-value insurance with depreciation in some cases they may fully consider an item depreciated and pay nothing Absolutely shocked that you can pay for an insurance that knows it will not pay out Buyers be warned

Their home insurance feels like a scam
Their home insurance feels like a scam not a proper insurance Any time we claim something from Centraal Beheer and it s proper damage to the house that was out of our control nothing silly or unreasonable it gets rejected with nonsense reason Water damage to the wall from a leaky roof doesn t get reimbursed because the house should be watertight Another time a blocked drainage repair doesn t get reimbursed because we handled it quickly enough not to cause any further damage so I guess in their thinking we should have let it cause critical damage which would be more costly to everyone involved One more experience over the years after discovering that they have been charging insurance for our previous home that we already canceled do you think they bothered paying us back the full amount Guess again Their explanations don t make sense and instead of trying to be helpful they just do whatever to weasel out of any responsibility or fulfilling what they try to portray

Horrible expirence and wasted money
One of the worst companies that I have ever seen in NL I was client with then for more then a year year an half Premiums payed on time but when I got into trouble and needed their help the whole circus started At first unable to communicate with advisers via chat they either don t care or don t know what to do You have to repeat same question to new agent every few hours When I got tired of their behavior asked for cancelation of the contract several different people were asking same and same questions when They have all history of conversations in front of you Asking same stuff how can I help when you have same questions asked several times it was just unprofesial Well on the good side at least I know what company I should avoid my advise- stay away from them

Faster home loan repayments not a criminal activity
Centraal Beheer treat their home loan customers like criminals when replying their home loans faster Within their own rules this is allowed yet they assume some criminal activity and keep interrogating and assuming until their customers are emotionally exhausted and lambasted Why such extremely bad customer service CB - If you interested in catching criminals join the police

Taking a long time to review your application making you pay a lot of premium in the meantime
Centraal Behher took a very long time to review my application for a camper insurance After more than 6 weeks they claimed I did not have any years without damage making me pay more than twice as much insurance premium than when applying got the insurance Although I have never had any damage in my driving history over 25 years now After sending an overview of the lease company showing I did not have any damages it took another 2 weeks before Centraal Beheer replied that the years without damages are not valid because the lease contract has not yet ended All in all I have paid a ridiculous amount of insurance premium for an insurance which I would never have taken if I would have known the premium would be this high And the company is not willing to make any refund because of their slow handeling All in all not a good experience
