excellent service from start to finish

After moving into our house we discovered that the central heating didn t work properly We were advised to have a power flush as the system hadn t been maintained for over 20years This company were able to offer this service promptly and at a very reasonable price The two guys arrived at the time they should and were polite and helpful They worked cleanly and efficiently It was a very difficult job as the system was completely clogged with years of sludge and deposits They ended up having to remove every radiator individually to remove the problems and get the system flowing properly They ended up having to work a 12 hour day with no complaint and didn t leave until they were completely happy that our heating was working efficiently I can highly recommend this company for the service and professionalism that they provide The charge for this service was exactly as quoted despite the extra work

First service and still very happy

We just had our first service for our external Worcester Bosch oil combi boiler installed by Central last November We ve had a year of trouble-free heating and hot water and have definitely seen an improvement in the quantity of oil we have used in a year perfect timing considering the high oil prices towards the end of last winter We were offered an excellent quote for a service plan for the boiler happy as we were with the install there was no question we wanted Central to keep an eye on it Central did have to change the time of my service due to a van issue with the engineer but I had plenty of warning and it was still convenient Our service was done quickly and efficiently he also checked my radiators as I d mentioned I wasn t sure if some of them were heating fully He bled a few that needed it We had a quick chat afterwards over a possible issue with our weather sensor A very knowledgeable and interesting engineer to talk to good to know he s fairly local too in case we do have a breakdown

Fast efficient friendly service Central were excellent Rang them at 10 30 as my 91 year old mum had no heating were with her by 2 30 I would certainly recommend this company

Amazing Service

Apart from a hiccup with an aborted appointment Central Plumbing were extremely efficient and couldn t have been more helpful All of the employees I dealt with from the admin staff to the fitters themselves were friendly and courteous and we couldn t fault them or their work We would definitely recommend them based on our experience
