They scheduled my paining on 4 25 21

They scheduled my paining on 4 25 21 for today 5 24 21 from 9 to 11 then NEVER showed up Then lied via phone and emails about trying to get a crew in on 5 25 21 Then cancelled my contract instead Stupid Nepotism policy hiring relatives they thought cancelling me 5 hours after they breached the contract would get them off the hook Stupid stupid the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing and causing issues with me because I am 69 Seniors beware of this company Stress could kill you if they treat you like they did me for 30 days

I highly suggest if you re in the Kingston NY area to not use this franchise Although the salesman who gave me an estimate was fantastic the two man crew they contracted out to paint my 1700 square foot home was awful I m not usually a review writer but this company needs to screen their painters more thoroughly This two man crew spent only 2-3 hours working on my house every few days over the course of 3 weeks I had to call and complain eventually about the drawn out process with their supplies and equipment sprawled in my driveway for the entire time and a half painted house They didn t scrape anything and the paint job was sprayed over my peeling garage door I had to redo it myself after paying 5000 for this job exterior and garage door not including window frames There was a lot of messy paint sprays on my WINDOWS my porch ect when they were done They absolutely did not approach this correctly- no tape or drop cloth plastic just their spray guns Meanwhile tons of cigarette butts on my property from them A year later the paint was peeling And although they came to touch up a few months later it was peeling again They admitted to me that since they painted around a wet time in October the paint isn t adhering correctly But why didn t they explain that to me then and suggest a different time Never again

I had the same problems as Emily seems to have had 1 A 1300 00 laptop went missing Myself and the paint crew were the only trades on the site 2 The work was so below a professional level it was amazing They did not have any protection for existing furniture or flooring whatsoever they painted oil base paint over trim and doors without cleaning them first I could go on and on but the bottom line is 1 Property missing 2 Bad workmanship 3 Would not take responsibility I cannot or would never recommend Central and North Dallas Certa Pro painters

Not one aspect of the contract was met Painters had no idea what was to be done and could not speak English Came from 200 miles away and were obviously not employed by Certapro 8 months later and still no effort to correct Smoke and mirrors CERTAPRO Spokane stay away

Horrible Experience workers don t show

Horrible Experience workers don t show up and the owner doesn t call me back or check in to see if his workers show up six days of no-show and never a reason why Removing popcorn off the ceiling should have taken two weeks but it s six weeks later and the project is only one-third done The project included cleaning up but you lived in chaos for two weeks and you cleaned it up The Owner Johnathan in Boerne Tx promises you everything but his workers can t do a Monterrey Texture on the wall and are afraid to remove the wallpaper He doesn t have another crew to send he keeps trying to send the same team that doesn t show up A dream project that turned out to be a nightmare and a big disappointment Two weeks of no-shows I agreed I would try again Monday they didn t show up and the owner didn t follow up
