Do not use Fusion Certus parent taught training Earlier this week I paid for this course at a price of 75 thinking it was a good deal During the course I was prompted multiple times to answer security questions that built into this service and are automated There was no information about this being a practice while using this application One of the security questions was answered incorrectly and I was locked out of my account Be mindful that this was the first day using this service so I open the Live Chat feature and spoke to the Certus representative This person told me that since I had answered the security questions incorrectly that I would need to pay for the full course a second time Meaning that I would have to pay the original amount I had already paid for the uncompleted course So essentially instead being 75 dollars it was now going to be a total of 150 75 75 This is a predatory practice for a system that they set up with security questions that would likely lock you out of your account and instead of easily unlocking the account with the verification of email or telephone number they now tell you that you must pay for the full course even though you did not completed it do not use this company They are thieves

Horrendous Customer Experience

My order number is 28437966 I have been waiting since December 2024 for my certificate to be corrected It was issued with the wrong SSN and wrong DOB I have already provided the correct information several times and you have told me since December that the issue would be escalated in order to be corrected You also told me that you would call me or email me with confirmation of resolution To this date I have never received either All communication has been initiated by me and all I get is the same story You are leaving me no choice but to seek legal action in order to get your attention to take my issue seriously Your lack of consideration and courtesy to a customer is outrageous especially considering that this is an error committed by your company

Dont do it

I was kicked out of the course for answering the ambigous security questions wrong now I have to repay and reregister No way so much easier to just take the course online If your phone screen goes off while listening you are automatically ejected from that section and have to start again Horrible time wasting experience

It s a scam I got stuck on a certain part of the course and it wouldn t let me keep going I called I emailed and got nothing

Refused to mail certificate

Refused to mail certificate screwing us up with the DMV Had to email repeatedly to get them to finally send the certificate which we got two months after course completion Do not use

defensive driving course

I have been taken courses for the last 40 years without a simple complained until now The course by certus was the worst def driving course i have taken highly unstable does not register answers correctly its almost as if they force you to get it wrong so you fail the course they will then tell you to buy another course what a joke its a rip off no wonder they have negative reviews

A Scam Not exaggerating

they moved to a different course and basically deleted days worth of my course progress and I cant get a new course
