The product itself is great I gave one star for the customer service after the purchase I bought tea glasses which according to the website are sold in 2pcs So i ordered 3 packages of 2pcs of glasses So i expected to get 6 glasses in total but i got only 3 glasses I sent an official reclamation message about it and in their automatic reply message it was mentioned that they will get back to me in 1-3 working days Now it has been over a week and sent another email and no one got back to me yet

Order and payment was a mess It showed that the payment went twice Then the order was cancelled I ordered again And now I got two months later an invoice saying I have not paid the product Very confusing and I m not sure which is right
