Waste of Time

The comms from Ceyes are really bad I ordered the unit 8th Oct and never got any update for delivery then the website was empty I thought id been scammed After no answer via email or telephone a few weeks after placing order I contacted my bank who reached out to them for a response To date they havent replied to my bank but they did try to deliver the item after my bank had contacted them this was about 4 weeks after order was placed Ahead of the delivery I told them I was abroad but they ignored the emails calls regarding that too They confirmed after a week they would redeliver the item then changed their mind now due to me contacting the bank They have the option to provide evidence to the bank their not a scam but they chose not to do that and overall they ve just wasted 5 weeks of my time waiting for this item
