This is my first and last grading
This is my first and last grading submission to this company I started using a site called Epack I ended up pulling a pretty sweet marvel card So I decided because it was so easy and they had an express option that I would submit the card I paid 60 00 USD that is over 80 00 CDN to have the card express graded On the comc webpage it said 3 day express grading it has now been 19 days still no card back I graded the card and used the express grade for the sole reason to get the card out fast while it was still hot This has not happened the product has now sold out and there are multiples of the card available while I have still not received my card back I feel the express option is a money grab this being my first time ever grading something it is most definitely not what I was expecting at all I have sent them a direct message with hopes they will refund me for the express Have now tried reaching out to them multiple times and no one will get back Sent a a message on Facebook messenger and have been blown off for 2 days now All they said is someone who is able to help will get back when they can I 100 do not recommend using this company in any capacity The customer service is a joke they are rude they ignore you From the reviews this company has received I doubt they will stick around long haul so use your money and grade your items with a professional company that actually cares how its customers feel I will never use them again lol completely a waste of money they are not transparent at all pay to express 3 day grade an item and here we are weeks late still no card back and I can t even get an answer from a customer service representative haha that will be the last money you ever received from me for anything I 100 regret even sending my card to them Now on to google to make another stunning review for this company It s clear to see they do not care about there customers at all Almost every review this company has is a very bad review and no customer service representatives have even responded to any of these reviews to try and make the customers happy DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON

Grading has been inconsistent and or
Grading has been inconsistent and or inaccurate and turnaround times often take many months despite selecting Fast Track service When exceeding published guidelines for turnaround time they are unapologetic at least with me and unwilling to do partial refund Additionally they did not issue a promised Premium Member credit when billing me without my prompting them to do so despite advertising the credit and despite that being the reason I purchased the membership Untrustworthy company as far as I am concerned I recommend against using this company

AVOID USING CGC at least until
I won t write a super long review on all the horrible business practices this company has done since it was acquired by a major corporation and went from an intimate one owner company to a faceless corporate power house in the collectibles grading business If you want all the details and to follow a story of a comic book collector who is currently fighting them through a lawsuit go read the posts by thebeardedmage on Instagram He is currently on his 7th or 8th day of a literal hunger strike to bring awareness to his case SEVERAL other cases and issues with the company It s a textbook David versus Goliath case he s living I sincerely hope they grant his demands and fix the MAJOR issues ASAP So until you catch up on his story I advise you to avoid them at all costs Again these issues started occurring when the company was bought out for a couple hundred million dollars about 5 yrs ago Prior to that they cared about ALL thier customers and did good honest work Now they are the antithesis of what the founder of CGC intended

They damaged my items and they graded
They damaged my items and they graded them anyway telling me they have camera proof that they came in damaged but obviously the can t share the footage for PRIVACY They also put random charges on my credit card and i had to tell my bank it was fraud STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

AWFUL STAY FAR AWAY
AWFUL As MOST reviewers have said here this company is horrible They say 20 working days to review a modern comic Yet most of the comments here say 6 months I made the mistake of paying for their Premium package for 149 I used the credit included with the package to get the Large shipping kit in January The kit was missing 75 of what was supposed to be included Over the last 3 weeks I have been trying to cancel the package and just get a full refund because after reading these comments and the AWFUL customer service I don t want anything to do with this company They refuse to give me a refund only offering me a pathetic 20 credit I have given up trying to reason with them and I am filing a dispute with my credit card company I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this company You have been warned

Wish I could give 0 stars
Wish I could give 0 stars Horrible grading I took cards out of PSA graded 8 slabs and submitted to CGC expecting to get better grades Some came back as 5 5 Additionally they didn t grade a 2004 UD Play Ball Purple Parallel 01 01 because they couldn t authenticate it This was after I emailed them with the specifics of the card I received no response and no reasoning for the refusal to grade This card was pulled from a pack They also wouldn t refund me the cost of the grading I ve submitted countless cards over the years to PSA Beckett and SCG and never received a card graded below a 7 That s because I won t submit cards unless I think they ll be at least an 8 PSA and Beckett may cost a little more but do yourself a favor and pay the difference I know people are frequently disappointed in grades but this was absolutely a joke I will NEVER submit to CGC again

This company has caused me financial
This company has caused me financial hardship caused delays and frustrations with my customers The constant delay in getting my items to me is truly unreal and something I have never experienced from any company before I am truly shocked that businesses are allowed to operate in this manner

I had 0 problem with cgc when it was
I had 0 problem with cgc when it was just in America don t get what the uk office does Execept charges me more and takes longer They don t grade the cards or comics Iv sent all they do is get them sent back to them and charge me ridiculous amount to get them sent back to me I don t get what cgc uk does at all Shambles had a comic graded waited ages rang them and they was like oh do you want it sent out to you then Well yeah obviously Cost me about 180 to grade a comic in total Never had problems when uk wasn t involved im from the uk and thought it would be easier its not

Absolutely atrocious handling of a
Absolutely atrocious handling of a mechanical error magazine I ve had to return the same issue 4 times and each time it s been returned in worse condition Customer service has not informed me of receipt of package or anything Poor management and fictitious quality control They gave me a 30 credit the 2nd time but now on the 4th return I m reluctant to ever use them again

I thought they were first class
So far I ve been unable to even submit using their convoluted and glitchy website Tried contacting them but am not receiving any response I think I just pissed away 25 after reading all the absolutely horrible reviews thus far
