Unprofessional rude action must be taken
Mrs Fabienne M ller who is responsible for online delivery in Switzerland is very rude and unfriendly super unprofessional and yells on the phone She gave me wrong information and then accuses me of understanding wrong and screams What a horrible experience prompt action on behalf of your company should be taken for this unfortunate customer handling I hope anyone responsible for customer service experience contacts me personally

400 - for 2 horrible pillows
I purchased 2 pillows for 400 and what a waste of money The quality is nowhere to be found the pillows seemed to have been stuffed with whatever material was laying around in the plant They are extremely hard and decided to cave in whenever they feel like it trapping your head in the most uncomfortable position

Cancelled order with still no refund after 1 month
Tempur s products themselves are excellent and I have been trusting them for more than twenty years Previously I had ordered or purchased them in person from local Swiss dealers who either had them in stock or could order them for me from Tempur This time I needed a lumbar support for a relative of mine and I ordered it directly on Tempur s Swiss website confident that this would also be a reliable method After one week with no updates whatsoever I contacted them via e-mail and was informed about delays involving their German warehouse where - I was said - they had a lack of employees The product was expected to be delivered up to two weeks later My relative is suffering from back pain so I decided to cancel my order and look at a local dealer who had the product in stock Tempur confirmed the cancellation of my order however my payment had already been made I waited one more week but no refund could be seen on my bank account Tempur explained to me that they couldn t do anything about that because the party involved with the handling of payments is Klarna Bank I waited two more weeks then managed to contact Klarna Bank At first they didnt even reply to my documented e-mails I was forced to create an account on Klarna s website and to chat patiently with a robot which eventually delivered me to a human being I could then provide all the information in my possession and after a few days was informed from a noreply Klarna e-mail address that there was no trace of my money on their system and that for further questions I should to use the Klarna app The money was no more on my bank account though Now more than one month after my original order I still haven t received a refund I am currently working with my bank in order to sort out this stupid mess The contact person for Swiss Tempur s customer service was nice even if she said she couldn t do anything Sadly this was the only real person I have been able to talk to From now on I will avoid Tempur s website and I will purchase directly from a trusted local dealer

The site works well enough but for some reason orders take ages to ship which in itself would be ok but there is no update whatshowever I ordered over a week ago but zero update on when it will be shipped Kind of a shame because otherwise they are nice pillows and a decent webshop

Only 1 day was available for the
Only 1 day was available for the delivering and the compagny told me it would be on afternoon and the driver would call me 1 hour before to be sure I have the time to come He called me in the middle of the morning saying he was in my front door and left my packages inside the building I m very disapointed of it since it is luxury product

Pillow is very hard and after first use
Pillow is very hard and after first use in bed I had terrible neck aches I used as cushion on a chair for a few days to soften it After 2 weeks it is still not confortable I am disappointed Quality for value does not match Delivery is slow compared to other online services but this is acceptable

Took more then a week to get the pillow The pillow isn t as i expected I already have two pillows from Tempur but the filling isn t the same it s apparently a new tech Other thing it s not easy to find out how to return the pillow to get a full refund It s advertised on the website that it s possible but no mention in the confirmation mail on how to proceed
