I ve just made my first purchase with Chalky s via Amazon The original item wasn t delivered by the courier but Rachael in Chalky s customer service team dealt with the issue incredibly well and despatched a replacement item which arrived promptly What started as a disappointment ended as a very positive experience and I would definitely buy from them again

Been a while since I used Chalky s but have been a bit despondent about the firm I have been using with orders not turning up and no way to track them They begin with R and have a V and a W in their name Chalky s had a Jethro Tull box set I wanted so thought I d give them a go via their Ebay shop as it was at a good price just 1p more than my old supplier It was dispatched within a couple of days and arrived by Royal Mail Tracked a couple of days later meaning I could see it was on the way and keep tabs on it Very happy and no way will I be going back to my old supplier

Use your company a few times now with different addresses Although the post is a little slow which is not your fault the quality and service is very good and I m more than happy to keep using and ordering from yourselves
