No shipping updates bad service

Ordered on 11th November and after weeks of waiting I emailed their customer service Very disappointing service over email with no real updates - finally got a refund but won t be trying to order from them again

No communication and very long dispatch time

Received an email to confirm my order pretty much straight away but the dispatch took a very long time I heard nothing for weeks not even an order processing update The only way to contact the company was through the website contact us option No phone number no email and so felt totally at their mercy Genuinely thought I d lost my money so contacted them on social media and got a response asking for my order number Order was eventually dispatched but only after being told part of my order couldn t be fulfilled Such a shame as the product is brilliant but due to the lack of communication and poor customer service I will never order from them again UPDATE 8th Feb Just received an email saying I need to provide more details about my order or my review will be taken down Very convenient Order number CCUK22895 I also have the email reply I got at about 10pm after contacting them on social media The issue isn t with the customer service staff or the product it s the lack of communication and the difficulty in getting hold of anyone as when I ordered it didn t it say the length of postage time would be weeks

I ordered matcha on the website and after 16 days i didn t receive my package without any updates i send an email to ask about my order They just said it was out of stock so i couldn t get it anymore I asked for the refund WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE
