I am more than delighted with the excellent customer service that I have received from this company especially my many dealings over the last two months with a gentleman called Matt Matt was fantastic in helping me with my decisions keeping me updated at all times and all of his advice on my extra additions to my wife s Christmas presents I was fortunate to deal with Matt back in September 22 when I purchased my wife s Anniversary Present the complete Life s a Beach set with additional charms again everything was perfect but the set I purchased for my wife s Christmas present the complete MOON DUST collection again with extra charms both set s of ear candy one set for hair up one set for hair down looked absolutely fantastic my wife was over the moon on opening each individual box just like a kid in a sweet shop very classy elegant looking jewellery she is so very happy with the new collection everything is beautifully presented wrapped in tissue accompanied with a classy pink jewellery tie sack then into a pure white Chambers Beau box Matt I cannot thank you enough for all of your help advice your excellent customer service and of course you patience with my many many e-mails Sorry Matt I will defiantly be back
