Champions have good quality timber Generally all the timber I have bought from them over the years has been of better quality than that sold by DIY shops and builders merchants It is all kept under cover Other yards are outdoors and the timber is often soaked The yard staff are knowledgeable and helpful They also offer a free cutting service whilst you wait They also have an extensive shop for tools fixings and hardware I have also checked their prices against competitors and found them to be reasonable especially when you take into consideration the quality of the materials I would have no hesitation in recommending them for all your timber needs
