Replacement Chargemap card

I used my Chargemap card with no problems on the journey from Bilbao to Moraira But somewhere I lost the card I cancelled it ok and paid for a new one to be sent to Moraira I received confirmation that it was being sent on the 28th sept and to allow 2weeks for delivery I emailed them a week ago to ask if they had tracking on this item allowing 24 to 48 hours for response I have received no contact from them up to today So why do they think their email is first class customer support rather than telephone Which they do not provide and on which maybe I would get immediate answer Customer support is rubbish

Double charging

My first attempt to use the card was a Be Charge point in Ospedalicchio Perugia I paid for a full recharge to 100 33 82 and left Fifteen minutes later I was charged for a further 41kWh 40 58 I disputed this and the charge was removed but because I couldn t provide any formal evidence such as a parking ticket they have charged me again The evidence that I could not have made the second charge is overwhelming I would have had to drive at 800km hr to use up 41kWh in 15 minutes They stole this money from me and I m furious

The map show some chargers

The map show some chargers but when I am there there is nothing It happens many times it is like people can add it themselves for fun Then some chargers said 24 7 but when I am there it is not because the shop is not open as the gate is close you can t access to the parking

Beware of rip-offs

Beware of rip-offs Hidden fees and zero service No response to multiple messages regarding complaints And unfortunately the answer is not true either because the fee charged has nothing to do with the provider of the charging station - the provider told me that he can t do anything So the rip-off is obviously systematic The matter is now with the lawyers who are certain that Chargemap s approach is not compatible with consumer protection regulations

Be careful or they just take your money

I have enjoyed Chargemap for years and recommend the app to several people Now they have charged me for some charging one year ago but the charging never took place I have chaged on the specific dates but I have also paid They must have some failures in their account system I don t take the fight with them it s only money But be careful keep your documentation or maybe as me find another supplier

Dishonest company

Dishonest company that charge your credit card one year after you cancelled an account with them Now they are trying to justify saying that they found some bug on their system but they can t even tell me what are the invoices or charges to justify this DO NOT give them your credit card or use a virtual one and make sure to burn it after

I ve just been charged by Chargemap for a charging session that took place over a year ago No apology No reason given Although Chargemap is a universal card that works with the vast majority of chargers in France I will use it as a last resort only The cost is usually significantly higher than other services and I also don t find the app always gives the best route

The card works well and good customers

The card works well and good customers service However they should avoid entering charging agreements with operators who have a priceplan that is clearly unacceptable I was charged almost 600 EUR for charging my car once as I had to pay 0 65 EUR per minute after 3 hours even though my car was still charging until 1 30 am and I removed the car the next morning If Chargepoint wants to cooperate with charging operators with such priceplan the app should at least warn us when the crazy fine kicks in Please note that it was a slow charger AC-charger where a full EV cannot be fully charged within 3 hours
