The people who work at the Chichester store were so quick and helpful John went and got me the boots I wanted and was very nice to me Would recommend paying them a visit if you re in the area I wish there was still a Guildford store

Bought pair kids Ugg boots After few weeks of wearing shoe hills collapsed and deformed Contacted Charles Clinkard Got reply to send shoes back for inspection- postal label attached After few day got email that they agreed with fault and I can have exchange or refund I choose refund and had money straight away in my bank account Fantastic
