Don t fall for their bonus offers
Usually very happy with my purchases but opted for the mystery shoe offer over Black Friday and got the most hideous shoes that were no where to be found on the website Feel incredibly tricked into spending 50 on shoes I hate There was very little transparency about the possibility of receiving such ugly shoes and customer service basically told me too bad If you know what you re getting and you like them definitely order but be VERY mindful of their special offers it s basically a way for them to take your money in exchange for the shitty products they couldn t get rid of under the guise of giving you a bonus

High quality beautiful shoes Excellent customer service AND they charge duties in advance so no surprises if you re ordering outside of the US I ve ordered a half dozen times including mystery shoes and sample shoes and always have been really happy with my purchases
