LED Electric Fire
LED Electric Fire We have replaced our gas fires with the above fire to modernise and reduce the gas usage in our home The fire is stylish and has a remote control which will be helpful not having to get onto the floor to control There was three selections of items for decoration on the front wood black coals and crystals Albeit we do not wish to use any these and have chosen our own coals to put on we were impressed with the choices It is easy to fit and the shop gave good advice on how to do this There is a vast range of lighting options including one that will light the fire from the back albeit we have not chosen this option due to where our fire is to be located Excellent value for money and a great buy

Excellent quality product
We spent hours looking at electric fires from different companies and Charlton Jenrick were the best we could find Good quality and the end product looks fantastic

Fireline FX5W Multi-fuel Stove
I have had my stove fitted about 12 days ago it looks fabulous I chose my stove because it is British made local to me and a SIA Eco design certified ultra-clean burning stove A friend has one and I loved it so much I wanted one for my home It is now July 2022 and very warm so I shall not be lighting it just yet but I am looking forward to using it when the weather gets cooler

Good but not been on as is summer
I have no complaints fire and surround look great However summer at moment so has not been on yet I do like size can take quite large logs and have hoped it will be very effective

I had problem with the lights for the
I had problem with the lights for the flame and fire bed on my fire Once the problem was reported I had a call and a visit was arranged for the next day The engineer was very knowledgeable and sorted the problem out easily A very positive experience all round Many thanks

Great Engineer Service from from Charlton and Jenrick
Paragon LPG Core fire recently installed by a separate and independent local company Fire appeared noisy when on Charlton Jenrick contacted and immediately arranged for an engineer to visit to undertake checks Thanks to the engineer for resolving several issues arising from the initial installation He was most helpful courteous and tidy and helped get matters sorted He was very pleasant knowledgeable and professional He explained everything and matters have been rectified A first class service and highly recommended Great customer service throughout and thanks again
