Beware this is a SCAM website I ordered clothing from them that never arrived I got the total run around when I emailed them and they never issued a refund They are not a legitimate company

I purchased 2 pair of shorts size 2XL

I purchased 2 pair of shorts size 2XL when they arrived they were marked as 2XL but were 7 inches smaller than the stated size I paid through PayPal and set up a dispute but nothing has come forth just time wasting and small offers This is a scam firm working from abroad I have now even canceled PayPal

Totally misleading advertising

The product I received was poor quality I paid 59 95 for a polo shirt as a Christmas present for my grandson What I got was worth about 20 with no brand label Certainly not Luxe as advertised Won t be giving this to my grandson When I complained I got offered 20 discount 12 as documented in another review Probably not worth sending back as it would be more money wasted Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased I thought I was dealing with an Australian company

DO NOT PURCHASE from this website The products they advertise are not what you will receive I ordered several cashmere sweaters but what arrived was far from the high-quality cashmere they claimed The items had no labels or tags and were made from poor-quality materials Clearly these were not cashmere When I attempted to return the items I endured a frustrating back-and-forth with customer service for weeks where they continuously pressured me to keep the merchandise After much persistence I finally received return instructions but I was forced to pay an additional 70 for shipping Over two months have passed and they now claim they haven t received the items It s clear to me now that this is a scam once you make a purchase you re unlikely to get a refund Avoid this site at all costs

Charm Sydney Another fake business claiming to be Australian My experience is like everyone else s bought a couple of garments trashy material badly cut etc and now tif I wish to return them it s Albania I hope everyone who has this experience with Charm and or Mills-Melbourne is reporting their behaviour to Scam Watch Perhaps then the ACCC might do something about these fraudulent business Another one to watch out for is SP Zarenza this one I actually returned the items to China but they ve been sitting in customs since 1st December 24 Australia Post can do nothing as the manufacturer is not bothering to collect the returned goods so they can claim they never received them Scam both ways - BEWARE
