Sorry for delay in writing this review but you will see why shortly On 12 9 2023 while vacationing on a remote island in the Bahamas we were notified that my father in law had suffered a massive stroke and would most likely never recover With no commercial option to get back to the states in short order I started emailing charter flights this was at 3 00 a m Alex got back to me later that morning with the promise that he would find us a flight I believe by 11 00 a m flight had been arranged and we were scheduled to leave Long Island Bahamas on a direct flight to Miami by 1 30 PM We were able to get back in time for my wife to say goodbye to her father The CFG group came through with flying colors and showed great concern during the whole process I want to personally thank all of you involved Highly professional during a difficult time If I am in need of charter service in the future you will get my business Thank you

Adam was extremely responsive and stayed in constant communication with me regarding flight arrangements etc His customer service skills were fantastic as well as the other team members corresponding day and night to fulfill our needs The pilot was also especially kind and courteous

The customer service from our first call to leaving our destination airport was AMAZING David the airports pilot airplane - even the weather - were better than I could have ever dreamed Bravo

Always a special treat to fly private wings Crew and plane were nice to be very nice there should havebeen more interaction with the crew where we are when we ll arrive points of interest etc Those little add ons would made the trip more special

Outstanding service and an overall great private jet experience

This was an outstanding service experience from start to finish a complete contrast to the last charter company I used who made 11 000 of mine disappear with nothing to show for it The immediate response to every question was beyond expectations The pilots were outstanding as well across the board Everyone went above and beyond

Our reasons to stay with CFG

We are so pleased with aircraft the staff and cost Always comes through with multiple options for us Several other companies have tried to get our attention but we are staying with CFG

Our plane had a mechanical issue the evening before our trip and they had us all good by 7 00 that night The plane had a beautiful new interior and the pilots were great It was a great trip down for the season Thank you Ps only complaint-we ran out of water
