After having ordered from 3 other companies due to poor quality and lack of communication I tried for a final time with cheap as prints and I m glad I did From the purchase to delivery the communication I received from them was exceptional the banner came and was fantastic quality the best I ve had Can t recommend this company enough thank you

CHEAP and exceptional service and value AS PRINT

Umar at Cheap as print was exceptionally patient and helpful with formulating multiple quotes until we were happy with the spec and price of the job We received our exhibition banners today and it exceeded our expectations on not only the quality of the print but the finishing too and the speed of production We would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them in the future

Initial hiccup but eventually they put things right

I initially gave cheap as prints one star and wrote a negative review based on my initial order that took ages to arrive and was the wrong product However after I have complained about the service and overall experience they reached out to me and asked to put things right They were very apologetic and sounded very sincere about what happened They did refund me for the order and sent me the correct Decals great quality BTW I have originally ordered at no extra cost and even gave me 20 value of the order as a good will gesture regarding what happened and the inconvenience caused I must admit I was very disappointed initially but the way they dealt with my complaint and the sincerity they showed was very refreshing to see and they seem to care about their customers and thrived to put things right Some companies do not care if you complain but these guys did indeed offer a great service at the end
