Wish I could give zero stars They re Indian scammers Take the booking then tell you it s gone up a bit and they need more money Can t refund you even though it isn t ticketed and want the extra money Thankfully I cancelled my card and got the bank to stop the transaction In the process of logging complaints with the ACCC in Australia and the CAA in the UK as well as FCA and PSR If you end up in this same situation like literally every single review on here make sure to contact the governing bodies Even if they are scamming from overseas they can block the websites Oh I also just advised Jetcost and Skyscanner of what they are doing

I don t even want to give one star to this company A complete scammer I hope their licence to operate ti cancel immediately No information was provided while booking the flight They call next day saying we need to pay extra 180 per person to buy a luggage They said the ticket is non refundable and even the ticket has not been issued they cannot do anything about it We not anyways need to buy the ticket What a fraud Please avoid this website They con people and suck money A big NO

FAKE - SCAMMER booked a ticket and they said they will provide etickets in 48 hours and its been more than 3 days now I contacted customer service and someone from India picked the phone and said 48 hours time is only generic -they wont refund you your money as well I will now file a chargeback with credit card provider

SCAMMERS DO NOT BOOK WITH CHEAPFLYSHOP They are liers and scam artists Several days after I booked my flights I got an email and phone calls saying my payment failed and I needed to call their customer support I called and all the people I spoke to were from India and were very pushy and rude Ranky said I was on a standby list and my tickets wouldn t be confirmed until a couple days before my departure date I asked to cancel the transaction which he refused and said I would lose a dispute with the credit card company I have already made rental car and hotel reservations based on these flights Maddening and super frustrating Please save yourself the headache and do not fall for their trap

Misleading website Rude and aggressive floor manager Expensive I purchased a ticket believing baggage was included only to get a call the next day asking for a further 215 to add baggage and if I didn t do it there and then they were processing the ticket and I would not be able to add it and it would cost 500 - 600 at airport check in Floor manager would not listen to me just kept repeating his speech I felt bullied and robbed

They don t deserve any stars Because I booked my flight and I get my Confirmation booking But after 5 days which I was preparing my self and already planed to travel I call them to have my E ticket they said I m in the waiting list so I can pay the difference about 335 to get my E ticket or I can get my refund because th marchandise is higher and we can t give you this ticket at the price that u was booked Bad bad bad experience
