I purchased a Cobra mower

I purchased a Cobra mower and the machine was delivered the next day which was excellent On unpacking the machine I noticed that it did not have a choke throttle and was somewhat confused as the information received photographs and video on the website implied that it should have one I emailed cheapmowers and the response was immediate They even phoned me the next day to confirm that the machine no longer required a choke as all current machines had automatic chokes I therefore am extremely impressed with not only the quick response to my query but also the fact that they bothered to follow this up with a phone call Well done cheapmowers

This is an update to my order for 2 sparkplugs when I was charged 6 95 for postage I have given 5 stars now as my complaint was treated with respect and care My contact at the firm was extremely helpful and he actually took time out to communicate with me on several occasions apologising for the mistake indicating a flat charge of 1 99 should have been applied He was very keen to resolve the issue which he did in a timely manner Because of his positive and helpful attitude and his explanation I would certainly buy from here again

Great pre-sales and after-sales service

Great pre-sales answered all my queries and they were the cheapest price for the lawn tractor I wanted FANTASTIC after sales service too - when I lost one of the ignition keys they organised a replacement free of charge that arrived within 24 hours Really impressed

Not only excellent service with rapid

Not only excellent service with rapid delivery but high quality machinery as well I purchased a Cobra petrol lawn scarifier S40C and even though it is really good value for money it is the best scarifier I have ever used Copes with my 800 sq mtrs of lawn perfectly Just need to buy lots of grass seed now ha ha
