Inexistent Assistance Application full of Bugs

I highly recommend against it for everyone The support only responds to you before you start using the app to convince you to start then they disappear and no longer respond to chats Also the app has a lot of bugs the facebook pixel and CAPI duplicate events and makes you lose about 50 of your data But in the meantime they get the money You should be ashamed

I am extremely disappointed with Checkify I encountered an issue where from a mobile device the checkout redirects to the Shopify checkout instead of Checkify while from a desktop it works correctly I reached out to customer service multiple times for help Unfortunately their responses were unhelpful and repetitive simply suggesting to reconnect the store and republish the script without addressing the core issue When I asked to speak with a more competent technical support representative my request was ignored I was told to switch themes or hire a developer which is not a practical solution for me This poor support experience has delayed my business operations and caused significant frustration I expected better from a service like Checkify I will be looking for alternative solutions and advise others to be cautious when considering Checkify

SCAM ALERT DO NOT BUY ANYTHINGI cannot find anywhere to reach out to any customer service or the company as a whole I am starting to think I ve just been scammed as up until I purchased a subscription was on a free version and was able to somewhat create checks for my business but in order to print anything was forced to purchase which I did and as soon as I did was kicked off the site and have not been able to log back in since I reset my password which I received the email to do so but when trying to login am still denied saying I m not authorized

I have been using the service for about a year now and everything is fine I do not agree with the reviews below competitors apparently

Clean and intuitive checkout page design

I like the appearance of the checkout I created with Checkify There is a feature of adding pictures and reviews which is also nice to have at the checkout Integration with Facebook and Klaviyo works properly

Good to use if you have more than one store

The Checkify guys are doing a remarkable job I have been following them for a while activating - deactivating my subscription with this service depending on the season since I need some of the alternative payment methods they offer The checkouts page speed work with custom domains and support got way way better over the years But they seem to have compensated it with the price adjustment My scale allows some decent savings for my eComm business though I realize for some stores it will still be subject to experimentation and tests
