poor customer service
ever had any issues ordering from iHerb in the past but my simple order of a sleep supplement and some pet breath odorisor on 18 JUNE has not arrived so I feel as if I should worn other international customers to be wary My order has been stopped in customs since 22nd June and all attempts by me to get my parcel have been met with multiple unhelpful customer service staff who have not done anything to apologise for this inconvenience I have requested my order to be cancelled which they refuse to do since it has already been sent and will not even refund my shipping even though it is now weeks past the receiving date specified with inability to provide any further information Avoid this shady website

If an item is missing impossible to contact iherb
Spent over 10000 on supps on this platform im done Ordered 2 items to same address one item couldn t be delivered one could Identical address and details Customer service link doesn t work Email with links and tracking number doesn t work Told to contact courier Details not provided Leaving my current accomodation in a week and have no way of contacting IHerb or courier Phone number they provided for mystery courier also does not work What an absolute joke when Amazon is directly competing with you in this space
